Snow, snow and more snow!
Well, I awoke this morning to find almost a foot of snow outside! This was at 7:11am, so I listened to Heart Radio to see if my school was closed, and much to my delight, it was.
I went sledging again with
Lauren, and her little brother
Sam, and his friend
Jamie. We built forts at Manor Park, but then got v. cold so went to Plotter's Cafe to get some chips. I was so cold, I told them that I was going home.
After having a long chat with
Steph under the bus shelter, I got home and got into my pyjamas. After about 10 minutes,
Steph rung and asked if I was coming back out. She came round, and we played cards for a bit, and ended up in fits of laughter after she randomly went 'Miss a goo, miss a goo, miss a goo, me tortoise, me tortoise, me tortoise...' We were playing with Mario cards you see, so by the term 'tortoise' she meant Koopa Shell.
After we had enough of Blackjack, we went down to the park to go sledging.
Steph attempted
to surf down the hill, until her feet went with the sledge but her body didn't, causing her to fall over, and me to fall over from laughing too much.
My day has been pretty hectic, and I'm sure I will sleep tonight! :p
